Steel brake line tubes with a diameter of more than 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″ and 3/8″ were shipped on board and departed on October 20th, heading towards the buyer’s port.

These tubes are zinc-plated to pass the NSS test for more than 480 hours (anti-corrosion capability), cut into lengths of 6 and 26 meters, coiled, and packed in cardboard boxes. Each coil is placed in a transparent plastic bag with a custom sticker printed according to the buyer’s design. These stickers are also printed here in China, and we have supplied these tubes under the buyer’s brand.

Thanks to our new coating technique, this batch of tubes has a shiny silver appearance, which is more visually appealing compared to our previous processes that resulted in a dull gray appearance due to thicker zinc plating.
